01About Cancellations

• Cancellations cannot be accepted after an item has been shipped.
• For cancellations after payment is completed, we will issue a refund minus the payment processing fee (actual cost).
• Pre-order and made-to-order itemsand other items that cannot be cancelled after payment is completed are noted on their product pages.

02Returns & Exchanges

• From the delivery date of the item,within 7 days, we will offer an exchange or refund only in cases of an initially defective item or an item different from your order.
• Regarding defects and malfunctions,we will only provide support for product-caused defects, excluding human-caused damage.
• If an initial defect is confirmed,we will cover the return shipping cost.
