Return, Exchange, Repair, and Warranty Policy

 

Please see below for information regarding product returns and warranties.

■ Initial Defects

・For initial defects reported within 7 days of product delivery, we will provide a free exchange or repair at our shipping expense.

The conditions for handling as an initial defect are as follows:

・All protective seals, protective films, accessories, outer box, etc., must be present.

・There must be no modifications or damage caused by the customer.

■ Product Specifications

・Minor manufacturing scratches and dimensional differences of 1mm or less are considered within product specifications and are not covered by initial defect claims or warranty.

■ Warranty Period and Scope

・The standard warranty period, excluding the initial defect period (7 days from delivery), is one year from the purchase date.

・The warranty covers only the main unit's components. Accessories such as USB cables and consumables like buttons and levers are not covered by the warranty.

■ Shipping Costs for Repairs and Parts Replacement

・Even within the warranty period, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs incurred for repairs or parts replacement.

・However, if you use our designated postal mail service, we will cover the shipping costs.

■ Cases Not Covered by Warranty

The warranty will not apply in the following cases:

・Modifications, customizations, or parts replacements, and any other human-made alterations or damage caused by the customer.

・Damage due to drops, water exposure, or negligence.

・Wear and tear from use or age-related deterioration.
