[Restored on December 1st] Notice and apology regarding shipping delays during Black Friday

We have been informed by our shipping company that due to the increased volume of deliveries during Black Friday,
pickup for shipments destined for the Kansai, Kanto, and Chubu regions will be temporarily suspended starting November 29th.

Therefore, there may be delays in orders destined for these regions.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.

Regarding this matter, pickup and delivery for the affected regions resumed yesterday, December 1st.
